Robert Walsh has over twenty-six years experience in the financial sector. His experience as an institutional money manager has given him knowledge of a plethora of investment products and strategies. He has actively traded and managed money for some of the largest institutional firms in the financial arena, such as CMM Group, Nikko Securities, Sanwa BGK, and Euro Brokers. He has traded in the U.S., London, Hong Kong and Toronto markets.

He holds series 7, 63, 65 and 24 licenses and is an investment advisor representative of American Portfolios Advisors. He maintains both CT and N.Y. State life and health insurance licenses and is approved to sell both CT and N.Y. State Partnership for Long Term Care Insurance. He is a Certified Professional Coach.

Robert is president of the CT Institute of Finance and Sound Coaching, Inc., helping individuals and businesses reach the next level. He specializes in helping financial planners through time management systems, SOPs and marketing concepts. Robert has also overseen the preparation and planning of personal and corporate tax returns for the last 17 years.

He currently resides in Redding, CT. with his wife and two children.


Alan Bernstein has over 25 years experience as a salesman. He received a degree in business at the State University at Brockport. Alan  holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses and is an investment advisor representative of American Portfolios Advisors.

Alan holds both CT and N.Y. life and health insurance licenses and is approved to sell both CT and N.Y. State Partnership for Long Term Care Insurance. He is well versed in areas of insurance and the financial needs of his clients. He has been with Connecticut Institute of Finance since its inception and has prepared and planned personal and corporate tax returns for more than 12 years.

He is a Certified Professional Coach.Alan is vice president of the CT Institute of Finance and Sound Coaching, Inc., helping individuals and businesses reach their next level.

Alan currently lives in Bayside, NY with his wife and two daughters.



Michael Guttadaro has been in the financial industry for over 8 years. He graduated from Sacred Heart University.Michael holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 investment licenses and is an investment advisor representative of American Portfolios Advisors.

Michael is also a licensed insurance agent and a Certified Professional Coach. Not only does Michael invest his client’s money based on their current and future needs, he also prides himself on helping to coach his client’s to achieve their goals, live the lives that they dream of, and truly help them get to the next level.

Michael also prepares and plans both personal and corporate income taxes. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and currently resides in Milford, CT.
